Your journey begins with a complimentary consultation call. This allows us to listen to your wishes and expectations. We want to get to know you and understand what would make your trip exceptional.

2. Curate

This is where the fun begins. We’ll create a personalised proposal based on your preferences, including accommodation, recommended activities, transport, and other key details. From there, we’ll refine everything with your feedback until it feels just right

3. Book & Bon Voyage

Once you're happy with the final itinerary, we'll proceed with securing and booking every aspect of your trip and will send you the final version electronically along with all confirmatin and documents necessary for your travel. It’s time to pack your bags and enjoy your trip!

4. Regular Check-Ins & Support

We provide ongoing support throughout your journey and work with the best people on the ground in each destination to ensure your saftey and comfort.

Fees

All our trips are uniquely curated for each and every one of our clients. We pride ourselves with having an exquisite attention to detail, the love for research and to go the extra mile to give you the best experience. With our extensive networks and partners we are well connected and able to access amenities that give you extra treats and insights.

  • Our planning fee starts from £350 or $500 (total) for 1-6 people. The planning fee is non-refundble and paid upfront.

  • If you know what hotel and what dates you would like to travel, we are happy to book it for you - free of charge. We can access hidden availabilities and you will be able to take advantage of our VIP amenities like upgrades, spa-credits, complimentary breakfast and much more where available.
